## Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Technical Account Manager / Agile Project Manager to oversee a one-year web and mobile development project in Dubai. The role will manage the client relationship, coordinate Agile project delivery, and bridge communication between the client and technical development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the development team.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals, priorities, and deliverables.

• Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and proposed solutions clearly to the client.

Agile Project Management

• Manage the project using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.

• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.

• Define and prioritize user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and project tasks.

• Monitor sprint progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Ensure deliverables are aligned with the agreed scope, requirements, and project objectives.

• Coordinate testing, UAT, bug fixing, deployment, and project releases.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, action items, and status reports.

Technical Responsibilities

• Apply a strong understanding of web and mobile development processes and technologies.

• Understand the fundamentals of frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, CMS platforms, integrations, hosting, and deployment.

• Communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges, dependencies, and limitations.

• Review technical requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in project deliverables.

• Support the team in identifying and resolving technical or functional issues.

• Participate in QA/UAT processes and ensure reported issues are properly tracked and resolved.

Requirements & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Technical Project Management, Digital Project Management, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing web and mobile development projects.

• Experience managing a minimum of 5–6 Agile projects from planning through delivery.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Previous experience working with government-sector projects or clients is an important advantage.

• Arabic speaker is a must.

• Based in Dubai, UAE, with the ability to work part-time throughout the one-year project period.
