## Description

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Main Contractor | Luxury Hotel Projects

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose

The COO leads the full operational performance of the company, ensuring flawless delivery of world-class luxury hotel developments in Saudi Arabia. The role translates corporate strategy into execution excellence, driving safety, quality, profitability, and schedule certainty across all projects while positioning the business as a premier hospitality contractor under Vision 2030.

Key Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end operations: construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, HSE, and quality.

• Deliver multiple high-value luxury hotel projects to international brand standards, on time and on budget.

• Drive margin improvement, cost control, cash flow, and disciplined risk management.

• Act as senior operational interface with clients, hotel operators, consultants, and authorities.

• Enforce best-in-class HSE, quality, and governance frameworks with zero-compromise standards.

• Build and lead elite project leadership teams; embed performance culture and accountability.

Experience & Credentials

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

• 25+ years in major contracting, including executive leadership roles.

• Proven delivery of luxury hospitality / high-end mixed-use projects in the GCC.

• Deep knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, contracting models, and stakeholder landscape.

• Track record of scaling operations and delivering complex, brand-critical projects.
