## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Housekeeping to drive new business and expand our client base across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience in cleaning, housekeeping, FM, maintenance, or soft services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.

• Identify opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other sectors.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for K4 Group services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 5+ years of UAE B2B sales/business development experience.

• Experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, FM, maintenance, or soft services is essential.

• Strong UAE client network and proven sales track record.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality.

• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
