## Description

The RIG Recruitment is working with one of its clients who a Residential Community Maintenance company thats works in selected high end community residents.

They are expanding rapidly and looking to fill a HR Manager into the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and run an onboarding a technician tells his family about: visa started before day one, kit ready when he walks in, a buddy at his side in week one, the founder knowing his name — every hire, zero exceptions

• Own the employee experience end to end: probation reviews that never slip, a real pulse on how the team is doing, and one-to-one moments that catch problems while they’re still small

• Be the keeper of the culture: the recognition, the rituals and the standards that make our engineers proud to wear the badge in the UAE’s most exclusive communities

• Keep us bulletproof on compliance: MOHRE contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance and UAE labour law — tracked so nothing ever expires unnoticed

• Run the recruitment machine behind our founders: pipelines, scheduling, scorecards, references — every offer out within 48 hours of a final interview

About you

• 3–5+ years in HR or people operations in the UAE — MOHRE, visa processing, WPS and labour law are things you’ve run, not just read about

• You’ve looked after a multicultural, field-based workforce — technicians and engineers, not just office staff — and they trusted you

• You’ve built people processes from scratch — onboarding, trackers, reviews — and kept them running at 100% after the novelty wore off

Salary budget: 12-19,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
