## Description

🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Product Manager – B2B Marketplace

At Redington, we’re building a next-generation B2B eCommerce marketplace that connects channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers across the technology distribution ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap, scale the platform, and lead new initiatives that create measurable business and customer impact.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B marketplace platform.

🔹 Drive platform capabilities across onboarding, catalog, pricing, checkout, order management, financing, and fulfilment end-to-end.

🔹 Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business teams to deliver high-impact products and experiences.

🔹 Make data-driven product decisions, using customer and business insights to continuously improve the platform.

🔹 Act as the Product Marketing lead (PMM) for new features, driving go-to-market and adoption across our partner ecosystem and internal users.

🔹 Identify new opportunities, experiment, learn, and scale solutions that drive partner and customer growth.

What You Bring

✅ 6–10 years of Product Management experience, including 4–5+ years building B2B marketplaces or digital platforms.

✅ Strong understanding of checkout, pricing engines, product catalogues, and internal user platforms.

✅ Hands-on experience with Agile product development, including PRDs, sprint planning, Jira, and Confluence.

✅ Strong data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management skills.

✅ Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, scalable product experiences.

⭐ Bonus: Experience in IT distribution, channel ecosystems, ERP integrations, payments, or B2B commerce.
