Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan

About PropHunters Real Estate

PropHunters Real Estate is a growing real estate agency providing professional property advisory services across Dubai.

We work with buyers and investors to identify suitable property opportunities based on their requirements, lifestyle, and investment objectives.

The Role

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and target-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai.

The role involves generating business, managing client relationships, promoting off-plan projects, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and supporting clients through the sales process.

Content Creation – Mandatory

Content creation is a core responsibility of this position.

• Create a minimum of 2 short-form real estate videos per working day.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera.

• Publish content on your professional personal social media profile and/or PropHunters' company profile.

• Content may include project tours, property presentations, market updates, investment tips, and community guides.

• Maintain consistent and professional content activity in line with company guidelines.

Leads & Growth Opportunity

Lead allocation is influenced by content consistency, quality, business activity, and overall performance.

Agents who consistently meet the content requirements and demonstrate strong business activity and performance may receive increased Meta and Google leads.

This provides agents with an opportunity to build their personal brand, strengthen their sales pipeline, and increase their earning potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional approach.

• Comfortable appearing on camera.

• Willing and able to consistently create and publish a minimum of 2 videos per working day.

• Additional language skills such as Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
