Alburraq Real Estate, a Dubai-based real estate company established in 2013, as we are growing more, we are looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. This is an on-site opportunity to build a successful career in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Job Title: Senior Property Consultant, Off-Plan, Secondary & Leasing | Dubai

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of property investors

• Promote and sell residential or commercial projects.

• Conduct client consultation, property presentation and follow up.

• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market prices and investments.

• Manage buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries.

• Negotiate and close property sales and rental deals.

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property principles.

• Strong sales, negotiation, lead generation, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Basic CRM and office software skills.

• Self-motivated, professional, organized, and target-driven.

• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
