## Description

Responsibilities:

- Drive the development and delivery of regulatory data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations, to create robust product roadmaps.
- Define product features and requirements based on stakeholder inputs and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and issues.
- Ensure that product documentation, user guides, and training materials are accurate and up to date.
- Lead and facilitate product presentations and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future strategies and improvements.

Requirements:

- Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products and regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and how they impact product development.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs and business goals.
- Experience with data management tools and systems, and familiarity with data privacy and protection laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience in a regulatory, financial, or health sector is highly desirable.
