## Description

Role Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support online marketing activities, content creation, campaigns, and digital performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities

• Support daily digital marketing activities and campaigns.

• Assist with social media content planning and publishing.

• Prepare and update website and online content.

• Support email marketing and promotional campaigns.

• Assist with SEO and online advertising activities.

• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.

• Conduct basic market, competitor, and customer research.

• Prepare marketing materials, posts, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams.

• Track website traffic, leads, and campaign results.

• Maintain digital marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

• Prepare basic marketing reports and performance updates.

• Support online promotions and product campaigns.

• Monitor digital trends and competitor activities.

• Assist with improving online brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing support is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.

• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.

• Good content writing and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
