About Our Client

An organisation operating within the Education sector.

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational needs.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance.

• Identify and utilise appropriate recruitment channels to attract top talent.

• Maintain and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and improve processes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organisational policies.

• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the Education sector or similar industries.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritise effectively.

• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
