Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client and property engagements with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will source, list, and market residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction process from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions and investment opportunities, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The role involves building and managing a personal portfolio of clients, providing ongoing advisory support, and representing Open Home Properties at meetings, events, and site visits. Agents are expected to uphold high ethical standards, deliver responsive customer service, and contribute to the firm’s long-term, value-driven approach to real estate.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License applicable to Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and an understanding of local Real Property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is beneficial.

• Relevant experience as a real estate agent or in property advisory, brokerage, or investment is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
