## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through the full lifecycle — business case, design, tender, award, execution, commissioning, handover and closeout.

• Own project programmes, budgets, forecasts and change control within delegated authority.

• Direct consultants and contractors as the client's representative and manage instructions, variations and payments.

• Manage internal stakeholders across Facilities, Finance, Procurement and Legal, ensuring effective project coordination.

• Manage community and external stakeholder relationships, including expectation-setting around scope, cost and timelines.

• Lead bilingual consultations, briefings and project communications where required.

• Own the project's commercial position, including forecasts, commitments, variations, claims and financial exposure.

• Lead negotiations and resolution of contractor/consultant variations and claims.

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE government procurement requirements and internal policies.

• Maintain project, risk and decision registers and provide regular project reporting.

• Identify issues early and escalate with clear options, recommendations and cost-of-delay implications.

• Supervise project team members and deputise for the Head of Department when required.

Requirements

• 10+ years' project management experience, including at least 4 years on the client/owner side

• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from initial brief through tender, execution and handover

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultants and main contractors

• Working knowledge of UAE government procurement and tendering regulations

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

• Strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder-management and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple project types and work effectively at senior-management level
