Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager role at Luxury Jobs is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Hotel Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive room and event revenue, build strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients, and manage key accounts. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new business, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site visits, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote hotel offerings. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and working closely with operations and revenue management to optimize occupancy and profitability.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, account development, and performance tracking.

• Candidates should possess foundational Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns and brand positioning.

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with strong familiarity or willingness to learn the local market dynamics.

• Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales systems, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
