## Description

We are currently recruiting a Procurement Analyst for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Purpose-

The role involves Order support, supplier analysis, spend management, GRN support, contract support, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement process improvement.

Responsibility-

• Analyze procurement spending data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.

• Support sourcing and supplier selection processes through market research and supplier evaluations.

• Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and bid comparison analyses.

• Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.

• Monitor procurement performance metrics and generate regular reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and demand forecasts.

• Conduct price benchmarking and market trend analysis to support sourcing strategies.

• Assist in contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk assessment processes.

• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within procurement operations.

• Support inventory optimization and supply continuity initiatives where applicable.

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related discipline).

• Additional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification will be an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing functions.

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.

## Requirements
