## Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven HR Administrator to manage time and attendance processes, including timesheet tracking, overtime calculations, biometric system administration, and related HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and compliant HR operations.

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000

• Contract Duration: 4 months

• Need profiles with Sponsor Visa

• Working Days: 5 or 6 days per week, depending on business requirements

• Date of Joining: 14 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain blue-collar employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Perform overtime calculations in line with company policies and labor regulations.

• Handle biometric system registrations, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Monitor attendance records, identify discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Verify and review employee documents required for biometric registration.

• Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for attendance, overtime, and workforce data.

• Analyze attendance trends and highlight irregularities or exceptions.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding attendance and workforce matters.

• Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate data flow.

• Support line managers with attendance insights and workforce reporting.

• Follow up on missing or incorrect entries with relevant stakeholders.
