This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can operate effectively in a promoter-driven environment, work closely with senior stakeholders and combine strategic thinking with strong execution. Key Responsibilities & Candidate Criteria • Lead the end-to-end HR function across HR strategy, talent management, succession, rewards, performance, employee relations, governance and HR operations. • Develop and execute a practical people strategy aligned with business priorities, growth plans and organisational requirements. • Partner closely with promoters, senior leadership and business heads on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership matters and key people decisions. • Drive succession planning, leadership development and talent reviews for senior, critical and high-potential talent. • Lead compensation, benefits, performance management and reward frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness and commercial discipline. • Strengthen HR policies, governance, processes and controls while ensuring the HR function remains lean, practical and business-focused. • Lead organisational change, restructuring, integration and transformation initiatives as required. • Use HR data, systems and process improvement to improve decision-making, productivity and overall HR effectiveness. • Must have 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong end-to-end generalist HR leadership capability. • Must have experience working in a family-owned or closely held organisation and be comfortable managing senior stakeholders in such an environment. • Candidates should ideally have worked within a diversified group, multi-business organisation. • Must be hands-on, commercially astute, pragmatic and execution-focused, with the maturity, discretion and resilience to operate in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.
