WE ARE HIRING | REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER – DUBAI

Hogar Properties LLC – Dubai is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager in the Dubai market

• Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams

• Strong expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market

• Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills

Compensation:

Competitive market-based salary, to be discussed during the interview

Commission:

Attractive commission structure with additional team override
