## Description

Senior Site Architect – High-Rise Tower

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Architect to join our main contracting team for a major high-rise tower project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Review and coordinate shop drawings, IFC drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions.

• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, façade, interiors, and other disciplines to resolve site clashes and technical issues.

• Monitor contractor/subcontractor works for quality, progress, and compliance with approved details and materials.

• Conduct site inspections, identify defects/non-conformities, and ensure timely rectification.

• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to obtain approvals and resolve construction issues.

• Monitor architectural works against the project programme and support timely completion of critical activities.

• Assist with snagging, inspections, testing, and final handover of architectural works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 8+ years of architectural/site experience, preferably with a main contractor on high-rise projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural construction, finishes, detailing, and site coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
