A leading hospital in Fujairah is looking for an experienced Operations / Patient Happiness Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and lead initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital operations management, with a focus on service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations across departments to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience

• Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient journeys and reduce wait times

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards

• Lead and support front-line staff training on service excellence and patient-centered care

• Prepare operational reports and present findings/recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospital operations management (mandatory — candidates without hospital-specific operations experience will not be considered)

• Prior work experience in the UAE is required

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
