## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for interior design, fit-out, residential and villa projects.

• Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.

• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

• Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery and project-related requirements.

• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database.

• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers and site teams to understand project requirements.

• Track purchase orders, deliveries and material availability against project timelines.

• Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery and reliability.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of procurement experience, MUST be in Interior Design / Fit-Out / Residential / Villas.

• Existing knowledge/network of UAE vendors and suppliers is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and project procurement.

• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

• Able to coordinate closely with design, project and site teams.

• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.

• Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs and supplier documentation.
