## Description

Role Summary:

The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day HR operations of the organization, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, and HR compliance. The role acts as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters and helps ensure smooth, consistent HR processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support payroll input, benefits administration, and leave management.

• Act as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and goal tracking.

• Support employee relations matters, escalating complex cases as needed.

• Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

• Support HR reporting, metrics, and audits.

• Assist in organizing training, engagement activities, and internal communications.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator, or HR administrator role.

• Experience with HRIS/HR systems is a plus.

• Experience in a multicultural or multinational environment is advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor law.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
