## Description

Senior Partnerships Manager – Dubai

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to grow affiliate, referral and corporate wellness partnerships across the UAE. The role combines new business development, account growth, team leadership and partner activations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and close partnerships with gyms, clinics, practitioners, wellness platforms and corporate clients

• Develop referral, revenue-share and corporate wellness opportunities

• Manage proposals, negotiations, renewals and commercial performance

• Plan partner events, activations and wellness days

• Lead and support two Account Managers

• Maintain strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline

Requirements

• 5+ years’ UAE B2B partnerships, business development or commercial sales experience

• Proven track record personally winning and closing new accounts

• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills

• Previous people-management experience

• Healthcare, wellness, fitness, employee benefits or HR-tech experience is advantageous
