## Description

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support – Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues through phone, email, or in person.

• Install and Configure Systems – Set up computers, printers, operating systems, applications, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot Technical Problems – Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain IT Equipment – Perform routine maintenance, updates, and repairs on computers and peripheral devices.

• Manage User Accounts – Create, update, and deactivate user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

• Monitor System Performance – Ensure IT systems, networks, and devices are operating efficiently and report any issues.

• Document Support Activities – Record incidents, solutions, and system changes in the help desk or ticketing system.

• Ensure Security and Compliance – Apply security updates, antivirus protection, and follow company IT policies to protect data and systems.
