## Description

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our furniture business by finding new clients, building relationships and closing sales.

You must be able to generate your own leads and build your own sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking and outreach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new furniture opportunities with businesses and individual customers.

• Generate your own leads through cold calling, research, networking, referrals and company visits.

• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, fit-out contractors, developers and procurement teams.

• Arrange and attend client meetings, showroom appointments and presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and bespoke solutions.

• Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the team.

• Follow up on opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.

• Develop repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Maintain accurate lead records and meet agreed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and convert them into sales.

• An existing network within the UAE furniture, interior design or construction market is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• A proactive approach, consistent follow-up and ownership of sales results.

• UAE market experience preferred.
