## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees on HR matters, including contracts, terms & conditions and payroll-related queries.

• Support end-to-end recruitment, headhunting and onboarding activities.

• Partner with line managers, Middle Leaders and senior leadership on people-related matters.

• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee development activities.

• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and escalation of sensitive cases.

• Implement HR policies, processes and manager toolkits.

• Manage employee exit processes in coordination with relevant teams.

• Track recruitment KPIs, vacancies, headcount and budgets.

• Develop HR/recruitment dashboards and management reports.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Support compliance with UAE employment requirements and relevant government processes.

• Liaise with hiring managers, external recruitment partners and government authorities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant graduate-level qualification.

• Minimum 3 years' HR experience, or at least 2 years' HR Generalist experience within a service-related industry.

• HR qualification such as CIPD is desirable.

• Good understanding of UAE employment regulations; knowledge of DGHR law is preferred.

• Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.

• Experience dealing with UAE government bodies and knowledge of relevant immigration/DHA processes is preferred.

• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Arabic would be an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management, organisation, confidentiality and attention to detail.

## Requirements
