## Description

Design Architect

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentations.

Create high-quality and detailed SketchUp 3D models for architectural and interior design projects.

Demonstrate advanced expertise in SketchUp, including efficient modelling, components, groups, scenes, materials, and model organisation.

Translate 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D models.

Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and Revit.

Develop and maintain accurate Revit models, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and documentation.

Coordinate design information and ensure consistency across drawings, Revit models, and 3D visualisations.

Review designs for functionality, aesthetics, proportions, technical accuracy, and constructability.

Assist with design development from concept stage through detailed design.

Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, coordination, and presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

3–5 years of architectural design experience.

Expert-level SketchUp skills are mandatory.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

Strong proficiency in Revit, including architectural modelling, documentation, views, sheets, families, and model organisation.

Good understanding of architectural design, detailing, documentation, and space planning.

Strong 3D modelling, visualisation, and presentation skills.

Ability to coordinate 2D drawings, Revit models, and SketchUp models effectively.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
