About The Role

We are seeking a skilled female cook specializing in authentic Yemeni cuisine to join our household. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing traditional Yemeni dishes and is ready to relocate within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Yemeni dishes such as mandi, saltah, fahsa, aseed, bint al-sahn, and traditional breads

• Manage cooking from start to finish, including ingredient selection, marination, and presentation

• Maintain high standards of taste, consistency, and hygiene

• Handle kitchen cleanliness and food safety in line with UAE health regulations

• Assist with menu planning / cater for family meals and guests, as applicable

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience in Yemeni cuisine

• Willing to relocate and in the UAE
