We are looking for an experienced Emirati professional to join a leading Abu Dhabi government-affiliated organization involved in strategic infrastructure and development projects across the Emirate.

About the Role

The Al Dhafra Projects Section Head will lead and coordinate construction projects across the Al Dhafra region, ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and quality standards. The role will oversee project execution, site coordination, stakeholder management, progress monitoring, and timely resolution of project-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, quality, and timelines.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Drive timely project delivery and support resolution of site-level issues.

• Review project reports, updates, and implementation requirements.

• Ensure compliance with project procedures, standards, and quality requirements.

• Contribute to improving project execution and delivery performance.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Mandatory: Strong experience in Construction Projects / Project Execution

✅ Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Diploma with 7+ years of experience
