## Description

We are seeking an experienced Fusion and Cloud Services Administrator with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud environments, ensuring system availability, coordinating quarterly updates, monitoring integrations, maintaining security, and providing operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, and ERP modules.

Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, users, security, networking, and cloud resources.

Coordinate Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, testing, deployment, and post update validation.

Configure and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM), user provisioning, roles, and security policies.

Monitor Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), scheduled processes, integrations, and interfaces.

Manage Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) environments and deployments.

Perform environment provisioning, refreshes, cloning, and configuration management.

Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using Oracle monitoring tools.

Troubleshoot application, integration, and infrastructure issues while coordinating with Oracle Support for Service Requests (SRs).

Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability processes.

Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and governance policies.

Support migration activities across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and business teams to support project and operational requirements.

Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.
