About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Human Capital to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for non-managerial roles, including screening, scheduling, and onboarding support.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities.

• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee relations documentation.

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (recruitment, engagement, HR operations) for management review.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor law, supporting audits and inspections.

• Act as first-line HR contact for employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating complex cases.

• Participate in HR projects and process improvements, including digitization and SOP updates. Liaise with government agencies for documentation, licenses, and other HR-related requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or international equivalent.

• A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field

• HR certifications (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent)

• Knowledge of UAE labor law

• 3 - 5 years HR experience

• Experience in luxury hospitality and multicultural environments is desirable
