The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of accounting for multiple construction projects, including villas, residential buildings, apartments, and other developments. As the sole accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's complete accounting cycle independently, including project accounting, contractors and subcontractors, suppliers, banks, payroll, VAT, cash flow, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial controls. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of the accounts, and provide management with accurate and timely financial information.
