## Description

C++Engineer | Quantitative Trading Firm | Up to $400,000 USD | UAE/Remote

We're working with a quantitative trading firm building and optimizing live trading infrastructure across multiple exchanges.

You'll work closely with trading and research teams, testing live protocols and feeds, optimizing execution performance and improving fill rates.

What the role demands

4+ years of professional C++ experience

Strong modern C++ (C++17+)

Strong understanding of Linux, operating systems, networking and performance optimisation

Experience working on complex, high-load systems

Strong algorithms and data structures

What you'll be doing

Build and optimise C++ trading systems operating in live markets

Work directly with exchange protocols and market-data feeds

Run production tests to understand latency, execution quality and fill rates

Profile and remove performance bottlenecks across the software/hardware stack

Evaluate CPU, memory, networking and hardware configurations for latency-sensitive workloads

Develop low-latency inference solutions across different hardware environments

Work closely with researchers and traders to turn performance improvements into better execution
