## Description

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

• Develop and strengthen brand identity and market positioning.

• Manage social media, digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotional activities.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Develop marketing plans to support sales and increase customer engagement.

• Plan and execute product launches, events, and brand activations.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners.

• Work closely with sales and management to achieve business objectives.

• Lead and supervise the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior position.

• Previous experience in retail is strongly preferred.

• Experience in the perfume, Oud, fragrance, luxury, or beauty industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, branding, and advertising.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze marketing performance and deliver measurable results.

• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong background in retail marketing, particularly within the perfume and Oud industry.

• Understanding of luxury customers, fragrance products, retail operations, and brand positioning.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
