The Role

As Senior Waiter, you look after your section from start to finish. You welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and deliver the kind of service people come back for.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and look after your section

• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations

• Take orders accurately and serve to standard

• Handle billing and payments correctly

• Support junior colleagues on the floor

• Keep your section clean and well set up

What You Need

• Service experience in a good restaurant or hotel

• Good menu and product knowledge

• Warm, confident and guest focused

• Calm when it is busy

• Fluent English
