About the Job:

We are in search of a proficient Project Manager with specialized expertise in villa fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of villa fit-out projects, ensuring impeccable design execution, adherence to timelines, and optimal stakeholder management. This pivotal role demands robust leadership capabilities, a keen understanding of villa fitout processes, and adeptness in navigating the unique challenges of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit-out Management: Oversee the comprehensive fit-out of villas, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.

• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Timeline

• Management: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication lines with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in all fitout activities.

• Team Leadership: Direct and guide the project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and proactively devise strategies to mitigate risks.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fitout activities adhere to the UAE's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services as per project requirements.

• Client Satisfaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in villa fitout projects within the UAE.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury villa fitout projects from inception to completion.

• Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fitout regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools/software specific to fitout projects.

• Strong problem-solving acumen and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes relevant to luxury villa fitouts.

• PMP or equivalent certification will be advantageous.
