## Description

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and within agreed timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements.

• Meet defined customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and service quality.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

• High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Call Centre, or Customer Support preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer and MS Office skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
