Procurement Analytics Executive – Construction

Location: UAE

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: AED 10,000–11,000 per month (Maximum)

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Analytics professional with construction industry experience to support procurement reporting, spend analysis, dashboards, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement, operational, financial, and performance reports for senior management.

• Conduct spend analysis, identify trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement performance gaps.

• Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven presentations.

• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Support cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Validate and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.

• Prepare management presentations and communicate key insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with procurement, commercial, project, finance, and technical teams.

• Bridge technical/project teams and management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Support procurement performance improvement and business case preparation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, procurement reporting, or supply chain analytics.

• Mandatory: Construction industry experience with exposure to procurement analytics/spend analysis.

• Strong Power BI – Dashboard Development skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• Strong understanding of Procurement Analytics, Spend Analysis & MIS Reporting.

• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

• B.Tech – Civil Engineering + MBA.
