Role overview

Marketing Manager role focused on building perception and growth for Premium Beauty businesses across GCC markets.

The role uses content across on-platform and off-platform channels to increase customer engagement and category visibility.

The role requires awareness of Beauty and fashion trends and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze Beauty social media strategies, including brand and influencer collaborations.

• Develop branded and editorial copy and manage category-specific social properties.

• Plan content deliverables across online and offline activations.

• Secure and manage content partnerships, campaign launches, customized calendars, tracking, and activations.

• Lead Beauty public relations initiatives, execution, reporting, and organic and paid media coverage.

• Explore emerging social platforms, including Pinterest and Snapchat, to expand reach and engagement.

• Create monthly scorecards tracking key metrics across the Beauty customer lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing analytics.

• Experience with email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

• Experience with product marketing strategies in online and mobile channels.
