Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on property investments, luxury homes, and rental opportunities. Responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth closing processes in line with local regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, delivering professional customer service, staying informed about market trends and new developments, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations in Dubai.

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Property, including experience in property valuation, negotiation, and transaction management.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage client expectations professionally.

• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.

• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings and client requests simultaneously.

• Relevant experience in Dubai’s real estate market, familiarity with luxury properties, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets are highly beneficial.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
