WE’RE HIRING — SALES MANAGER | REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE | DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate brokerage in Dubai and lead a team of 10 sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, train, and manage a team of 10 sales agents

• Set sales targets and drive the team to achieve monthly goals

• Monitor agent performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Coach and motivate the team to improve closing performance

• Support agents in negotiations and closing deals

• Maintain a strong, professional, high-performance sales culture

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a Dubai real estate brokerage — mandatory

• Proven experience in hiring and managing sales agents

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Target-driven with a strong track record in sales

Compensation

AED 5,000 monthly salary + attractive commission structure

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Full-Time
