## Description

RAYNE is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Hospitality Lawyers based in Dubai to join our growing practice. As a consultant at RAYNE, you will be embedded directly within client organisations, functioning as a genuine extension of their in-house teams, backed throughout every engagement by RAYNE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, hotel management agreements, franchise and licensing deals, outsourcing arrangements, and service-level agreements.

• Provide legal advice on strategic partnerships, procurement matters, and third-party collaborations.

• Support development and expansion projects, including fit-out contracts, F&B licensing, and real estate related agreements.

• Advise the business on risk, compliance, and governance considerations in all commercial dealings.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements relevant to hospitality operations in the UAE and broader GCC.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years PQE, qualified in a common law or recognised international jurisdiction.

• Solid background in commercial law, with experience supporting clients or companies in the hospitality sector.

• In-house experience in a hotel group, hospitality brand, or leisure & tourism business.

• Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Regional experience in the UAE or GCC, and familiarity with relevant licensing, franchise, or operational regulations is advantageous.

• Proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
