## Description

Role Overview

Own paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Manage large budgets, multiple campaigns, and international audiences while improving lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Combine strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis, and fast data-backed decision-making.

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage property launches, developer campaigns, roadshows, lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, and recruitment campaigns.

• Develop platform-specific strategies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

• Manage countries, audiences, languages, and currencies across campaigns.

• Allocate budgets based on performance, lead quality, and commercial objectives.

Analytics and Optimization

• Conduct audience, market, keyword, and competitor research.

• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

• Monitor CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, ROAS, appointment rates, and sale rates.

• Track the customer journey from impression and lead generation through appointments, events, and sales.

• Connect online campaign activity with offline sales outcomes through improved attribution.

Tracking and Collaboration

• Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, Conversion APIs, and CRM integrations.

• Create regular performance reports for senior management and campaign stakeholders.

• Work with content, design, sales, CRM, and international office teams.

• Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in high-value lead generation.

• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple platforms.

• Advanced Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads knowledge.

• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising.

• Success generating and scaling high-quality international leads.

• Strong knowledge of funnels, remarketing, attribution, and conversion optimization.

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM reporting.

• Commercial, analytical decision-making and strong project-management skills.

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is an advantage.

• International property roadshow or investment product marketing experience is highly desirable.
