## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve orders efficiently while ensuring presentation and food quality standards.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

• Clear and reset tables between guests.

• Process bills and handle various payment methods.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

• Comply with food safety regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members and support a smooth service flow.

Skills & Qualifications



• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Strong attention to detail and customer needs.

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
