We are looking for an experienced Russian-Speaking Sales Manager to join our growing Dubai real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Dubai real estate market, with experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.

We are looking for a proven sales professional who can not only close high-value transactions but also lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate consultants.

• Drive sales across Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.

• Handle and develop relationships with Russian-speaking investors and HNW clients.

• Support the team with negotiations, client management, and deal closures.

• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants.

• Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to improve conversion.

• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, developers, launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and referral partners.

• Work closely with management and marketing teams to maximise lead conversion.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Dubai real estate experience.

• Proven experience in Off-Plan and Secondary Market.

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Property Consultant, or similar leadership position.

• Russian language proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong exposure to Strategy and Operations

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and major developers.

• Proven sales track record with the ability to consistently achieve targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.

• UAE real estate experience is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000
