## Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Personnel Coordinator to handle day-to-day personnel and HR administrative activities and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and requests.

• Receive, review, and follow up on employee cases and concerns until resolution.

• Coordinate with HR, management, payroll, and other departments to resolve employee-related matters.

• Handle employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, disciplinary cases, warnings, and investigations.

• Provide guidance on UAE Labour Law, company policies, employee rights, and HR procedures.

• Support the HR team in managing resignations, terminations, and employee exits.

• Prepare and coordinate final settlements, including leave balances, salary, deductions, notice period, and other applicable entitlements.

• Ensure all employee cases and settlements are properly documented and followed up.

• Monitor employee records and ensure required documents are complete and up to date.

• Maintain accurate records of employee cases, actions taken, and pending matters.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR cases.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of UAE HR/personnel experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

• Experience handling employee relations, complaints, disciplinary cases, resignations, terminations, and final settlements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
