Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions. Your background in marketing will enable you to understand client needs and propose strategies that add value and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and advertising sector

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and solutions

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies

• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads

• Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, with a strong background and hands-on experience in marketing or advertising

• Proven understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and client requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, branding, etc.)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• UAE market experience is preferred

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
