## Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

• Drive new client acquisition, revenue growth and key account development.

• Lead Marketing, Business Development and Client Relations teams.

• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activity.

• Strengthen brand positioning and digital presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Lead corporate networking, events and thought-leadership initiatives.

• Work closely with internal SBUs to deliver business growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–12 years of Marketing & Business Development experience in the UAE Accounting and Auditing industry.

• Salary up to : 25,000 AED

• 3–5 years of senior leadership experience.

• Proven track record in business growth and client relationship management.

• Strong strategic thinking, communication and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
