## Description

We're Hiring: Sales Operations Manager

Are you a driven leader with extensive experience in sales operations, customer transactions, and team management? We're looking for a Sales Support Manager to lead our sales support function and ensure a seamless customer journey from reservation through transaction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Support team

✔ Oversee end-to-end sales transactions, customer onboarding, and SPA execution

✔ Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and governance requirements

✔ Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and service quality

✔ Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Management, and other stakeholders

✔ Manage Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

• 10-15 years' experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer-facing operational roles

• 8+ years of team leadership experience

• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), compliance, KYC, and transaction management.
