## Description

Sales Manager

Build the network. Drive the sales. Shape the growth.

Emilion Development LLC is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead sales across our growing portfolio of premium real estate developments in the UAE.

We are looking for someone who knows the Dubai property market, has strong broker and investor relationships, and is motivated by targets, high-value transactions, and building something from the ground up.

What you’ll do

Lead sales strategy and execution across our development projects.

Build and grow relationships with leading brokers, agencies, investors, and channel partners.

Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

Develop new sales channels and identify opportunities to increase project performance.

Work closely with Marketing and Management on pricing, positioning, campaigns, and market strategy.

Track pipeline, forecasts, market feedback, and sales performance.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of UAE real estate development sales experience.

Strong network of brokers, agencies, investors, and HNW buyers.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Commercial mindset, energy, initiative, and a results-driven approach.

Good understanding of CRM, sales reporting, and the UAE property market.

Fluent English and Russian are required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
