## Description

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking & lead generation

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients

• Understand client requirements and arrange property meetings/site visits

• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business

• Maintain client records and update CRM regularly

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in real estate or business development/sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in making outbound calls and handling clients

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage

• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE preferred

• Languages preferred: Arabic & Malayalam
